Christine McDermott

Christine practices in the area of wills and estate planning, probate and elder law. She has law degrees from University of Kansas law school and Canadian accreditation program through the University of Ottawa.  Christine is licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington and British Columbia.  Before joining Pivot Legal LLP, she practiced in civil litigation in the United States, as well as estate planning and probate at a well established west coast law firm in Vancouver. Christine has many years of non-profit leadership experience, and continues to fundraise for important social housing projects such as PAL Vancouver. 

Christine works with individuals, families, and small businesses.  She can assist with a wide range of estate planning matters, including wills, probate, representation agreements and wealth management strategies for family businesses.
