Mary Childs

Mary Childs works with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. She can assist with a wide range of business law matters, including incorporation, organization and restructuring. She provides advice on agreement of all kinds, such as shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts.
Mary has law degrees from UBC law school and Oxford University. She has practiced law in two of Vancouver's largest law firms, and maintained her own practice before joining Pivot Legal LLP in late 2007. She also has many years of experience teaching business law in universities in Canada and the United Kingdom and currently teaches at UBC Law School.
Mary has contributed her time to several community groups including Pivot Legal Society's social justice campaigns. She has been involved with Pivot since 2002.
