Nina Purewal

Nina practices in the area of civil litigation, which includes personal injury, estate litigation, contract disputes, slip and falls, and motor vehicle accidents. She also coordinates Pivot's Policing Campaign.

Nina is a graduate from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia Bar in August 2006 after finishing articles with a firm in Victoria, BC. She then moved to Vancouver in August 2008 and worked for a firm in downtown Vancouver, primarily in the area of insurance defence, before joining Pivot. Nina has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

In her spare time, Nina enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. Nina spends the rest of her time working on her masters in law with a focus on International Justice, as well as teaching in the paralegal program at the Vancouver Community College.
